Le mannequina au Congo avec Roxy Adonis - "Modelling in the Republic of Congo"

En grandissant, je priais tous les soirs que Dieu me fasse grande de taille avec un ventre plat pour que quand je serai grande, je devienne mannequin de mode. Apres j'ai grandi et Dieu m'a seulement donné 1,50m de taille et j'ai commencé à prier que; «quel que soit le chemin que va prendre ma vie, je veux finir dans la mode» ET... il m'a fait blogueuse en de mode.
Bref, je ne suis pas ici pour parler de mes rêves d'enfance, mais de comment le mannequina évolue si vite en République du Congo. QUI en fait partit et COMMENT en faire partie.

"Growing up, I would pray every night that God would make me tall with a flat stomach so that when I grow up, I can become a model. So I grew up and God only gave me 5ft. and I began praying that; "Whatever road my life takes, I want to end up in fashion" AND ... he made me a fashion blogger.
Well, I am not here to talk about my childhood dreams, but to talk about how quickly modeling is evolving in the Republic of Congo. Who is in it? and how to be in it.

La beauté africaine a été valorisé ce Samedi 29 Octobre à Sony Labou Tansi (Congo, Brazzaville). Le «Rendez-vous des Nhappys de Brazzaville" un événement organisé par Locs & Naps pour promouvoir la beauté naturelle africaine. Un espace pour se sentir belle et sur de soi non seulement en tant que femme africaine mais en tant que femme en général. Pour mes beauty-geeks, des ateliers de beauté étaient au menu, des tutoriels pour attacher son foulard, des produits capillaires en vente, de l'art africain, des performances de danses traditionnelles, des défilés de mode, des plats africains et encore plus qui à glorifier la beauté africaine.

African beauty came alive Saturday 29^th October at Sony Labou Tansi (Congo, Brazzaville). Le “Rendez vous des Nappys de Brazzaville” an event organized by Locs & Naps to promote African Natural beauty. A space to walk and feel confident not only as an African woman but as a woman in general. For my beauty-geeks, beauty workshops were on the menu, scarf tying tutorials, hair products for sale, African art, traditional dances, Fashion shows, African dishes and so much more to glorify African beauty.

 I love being around youths who dream big, the energy is contagious and super empowering. 

Yep, I had a great time attending one of the most lively and creative youth concerts I have ever been to. The concert was by youths living in different kenyan slums who brought it down last saturday. The concert was at Global Platform. Anyone is welcome to showcase their talent, from music, to comedy to spoken poetry... etc. If you wish to attend the next one as a performer or other, contact info below. Voici mes #BossCrushWednesday

 J'aime être entourer des jeunes qui rêvent grand, Cette énergie est contagieuse et mouvante.

Ouais, j'ai passer un moment génial à assister à un concert mouvementé des jeunes très créatifs comme jamais. Le concert a été par les jeunes vivant dans différents bidonvilles kényans qui ont animés le samedi dernier. Le concert était à Global Platform. Toute personne étais la bienvenue pour mettre en valeur leur talent, musique, comédie, la poésie ... etc. Si vous comptez assister à la prochaine édition comme talent ou autre, infos de contact ci-dessous. Mais d'abord regardez comment c'étais fou! Si seulement les photos pourraient produire des sons.
