ATTENDING FAFA GALA MODEL TRAINING 2014

Hello everyone, I hope all is well and your week started off pretty good. One of the biggest fashion events is right around the corner and guess who is attending? This broke girl, how? Y’all don’t wanna know. For those who don’t know, The Festival for African Fashion and arts, founded by Ann McCreath CEO of Kikoromeo. The event showcases a variety of designers and artists. This week I got the opportunity to attend the FAFA model training and I would love to share the experience with you all.

I applaud these girls for what they do, because it’s not easy walking in heels, let alone walking over and over again and not taking them off, spinning… etc. Reminds me of my pageant days, training was the worst part, but the event was the best.

I had to stand on my toes because I wanted to look at least a bit taller, who knows maybe I was about to find “My Johnny”. I still look shorter but I wanted to fit in, everyone there were taller than me, I felt like a midget.

That dope picture below? taken by me... I totally fell in love with this pool, if I was allowed, I’d strip right there jump and have fun. Talking of swimming, stay tuned, got dopeness in store for you this month.
