WHY I SHAVED MY HAIR.

From cute to ratchet! My mother regularly visits my blog, I know right now she is probably like “No you didn’t”. I know she doesn’t like it that I shave my hair, but hair is just not for me, and hair doesn’t make me the person I am. Like some people think, once you have shaved your hair, you have “gone bad”. It’s just hair, just like getting a boob job, it’s just boobs; doesn’t define who you are. Another problem I have is, my hair does not grow as fast, so cutting it is a bad idea.

Okay here is what happened to me today? I told the barber, my usual barber who cuts my hair every time that I wanted to fix myself for a photoshoot. My hair was wet, so I asked him, do I dry it first? He said no it’s okay it’s not that wet. Then I get on my phone, send a text then take out my camera and I wanted to capture the moment, before I know it, he shaved the front of my forehead and yes it’s that picture you are seeing right there. I cried not because my hair was gone but because I have a peanut head and if we can’t fix it, I have to go bald and I will look like an alien, a scary alien. After I cried for hours, the manager tried to calm me down and this is the solution she came up with.

I look like I just slaughtered a parrot, took it’s feathers and put on my head. I look so ratchet that everyone is looking at me wondering, mmmmh but why? Because my forehead is bald. That’s why. So now I can’t do my photoshoot and must look like I just gave birth to a parrot for the next few days, but heck no, lord Jesus, I am taking this stupid thing off by tomorrow. P.S: I am even talking ratchet. I will find a solution, I don’t know what? But there is no way I am walking around looking like I have 6 baby daddies and 14 children and I am in a gang… no, I say hellll nooooo. Uh uh! I remember I said it’s just hair, but the feather needs to go.

To answer your question. I shaved my hair because i was getting ready for a photoshoot, then this happened, now my shoot may be canceled and i will be looking stupid for a few days. Very sad! Where there is the blue piece of ratchetness if where i don't have hair. Yes it's a big patch. :-(

Hey girlfriends and a few boyfriends, I know I have said this 3 times already but I just can’t shut up already. Thank you so much for 10000+views, and ever since this blog as just been going crazy. It’s like car racing right now and I am over the moon. I started this blog as a joke and I don’t know where it’s taking me to, but let’s go.

Every Tuesdays is when we get a little or very personal, you get to know me, and I get to know you guys too. So today I want you guys to meet one of my all time best guy friends. Dalton and also known as former Mr.Kemu, model, actor and definitely a guy you want to hang out with, but I know him as the “ladies’man”. I have known him for over a year now, he is also an actor; we were in the drama club together. He is so cool; we clicked and instantly became good friends. Girls go follow him, and I am sure some of you all already know him. I competed in the “Mr and Mrs. Kemu pageant” a year before him and also the same year as him. We kept in touch ever since. During the weekend we had an awesome time together, more awesome for me because he asked me to be his stylist at his photoshoot with Invogue Agency. I also got the chance to see him in action, he is such an amazing model, I am so lucky I got the opportunity to witness that. It was great seeing a different side of him. I also got to interact with the management of InVogue Models and it was a great experience. D.I.Y FASHION PRINTED T-SHIRTS

Hey loves! Thank you so much for the love; because of ya’ll I just hit 10000+ Views! Unbelievable! I pretty much had a sucky week, then it just turned my mood from moody to extremely happy, and I started twerking. Seriously guys, when I am happy, I twerk a little…. Okay a lot….. Because I was so happy, tonight I am bringing you all another DOPE D.I.Y (Do It Yourself) Tutorial. I know yesterday I said that the hardest part of blogging is taking the photos, selecting the photos and editing them… well not today. Have you ever had that day, you just wake up in the morning and think to yourself “Damn I am cute today” So literally every picture I took was DA-BOMB! Unaware and aware, I couldn’t stop taking pictures of myself. Today I feel fabulous. And the picture above was me posing and at the same dancing to drunk in love, then the camera captured the moment; I wish I looked like that in clubs while dancing.

Anyway, let’s talk about today’s post. We will be doing “D.IY Fashion Printed T-shirts”. I specified “Fashion printed” Because fashion t-shirts are totally different from regular printed T-shirts. They are chic and have that vavavoom. I am going to break this tutorial down into two parts. So today we will work on part 1 and next week, or sometime next month. We will work on part 2. Stay tuned, because I will just surprise you. May even be Tuesday. So let’s get started darlings.

WHAT YOU NEED:

- Plain White T-shirt/Vest

-Paint (Preferably black)

- Cotton sticks

- Paint brush

- Newspaper / paper

The paint you can get for 70ksh! The plain T-shirt from 20ksh – 250Ksh, it just depends on where you buy it and how lucky you are. I have 4 plain T-shirts; one I got at 50ksh, another at 20ksh both at Gikomba; the last one at 250ksh somewhere in town. But the one I am using is the one I got at 20Ksh and the vest also.

D.I.Y PRINTED T-SHIRT TUTORIAL

NUMBER UNO!

STEP 1:

The first thing you need to do is mark where the crosses are going to be, right on your breast. So mark your Nips area.

STEP 2:

Pain the area that you marked and go over the paint until you feel like the thickness of the cross is enough for you. Do not forget to put newspaper or paper in the middle of your T-shirt or vest, if you don't the paint will get to the other side of your clothe. Let it dry for about 10 minutes.

THEN BAM!!! You just got yourself a Rihanna look alike vest for way cheaper and may just look way hotter.

D.I.Y PRINTED T-SHIRT TUTORIAL

NUMBER DOS!

This next tutorial is very fun and I love it. You can write anything you wish, so I did just that. I wanted to write either “Comme des fuck down” Or “je ne sais quoi” in English “I don’t know what”. I got torn between the two so my crazy mind told me to write both so I don’t regret it. I have never seen anyone with these two prints together on a T-shirt and looks interesting, and very different but hey what the heck, different it art.

STEP 1:

Write whatever you wish on your t-shirt and have fun with it, if it goes bad. Just remember that “There is no such thing as a mistake in art or bad art. Art is art; your mistake may just be the best thing to happen to your art. So stand out. And go crazy on it, do you boo boo. I combined two very different prints. Lol that is crazy enough”.

Don’t forget to go over the words like three times so the T-shirt sucks the paint well in. And use a cotton stick if you don’t have a small paint brush, just like me. :-D

STEP 2:

Let it Dry for a few minutes, for about 10-15 minutes, depending on how sunny your area is. and you can then rock your brand new self made Printed T-shirt.

Be creative with your phrases or words, I speak French so anything in French sounds 10 times sexier than in English and high fashion too. Here are some word and idea phrases you could use:

C’est chic (It’s chic)

Rich soil

Flawless

Je ne sais quoi? (I don’t know what?)

Comme des fuck down (Calm the fuck down French pronouciation)

Killin’it!

Last clean shirt

Bitch I am fabulous!

C’est qui channel?  (Who’s channel)

Paris mon Amour (Paris my love!)
