WHAT TO
WEAR FOR THE COLD WEATHER
Hi
everyone, I am Shasha and welcome to my blog, to those of you who are new and I
just really feel like introducing myself. I have had this blog for almost 5
months, okay to be precise since November 6th 2013. I love this blog
with all my heart, I have countless friends I can interact with anytime and
feel inspired and also inspire. I can be silly, quite dumb and it’s still funny.
I guess.! Anyways today’s post came from the heart. The day I shot the pictures
for this post is actually the day I thought about doing something like this.
This is how it happened.
I woke up
in the morning, I had a class that day, and as a typical 21 century woman, I
didn’t know what to wear and this cold weather did not help. I literally took
clothes in and out of my closet for about 30 minutes before deciding on what to
wear. I just couldn’t find anything, so that light bulb on my forehead lit up.
“Ding”. I thought to myself, I must not be the only one having trouble dressing
for this weather. How about I blog about what to wear for this season, so I
spent my day thinking and thinking… These are just few awesome ideas I thought
of, follow me on instagram for more ideas. You should, I go to school daily so,
I am sure a new idea will be born every day. So here we go.
NUMBER 1:
LEATHER JACKET
One thing
about me is that, I am a shorty, I know I look tall in my photos but don’t be
fooled. Tyra thought me all the tricks (Thank you A.N.T.M) so my new best jeans
are these high waisted red jeans. Because they give me long legs. A giraffe
wouldn’t stand a chance. I be 5’ft looking 5’8. Okay that’s a joke. I paired it
up with a leather jacket and a pocket Tee, with my all time favorite combat
boots.

NUMBER 2:
HIGH LOW SWEATER
I love
sparkles and this sweater of mine is so sparkly I can’t even snap a good
picture. It took me like 10 minutes to get the good shot, it was too shiny. I
am the type who practices my poses in the mirror, so I time my camera, get in
front, strike a pose and we done. I love this outfit because it makes my hair
and my lipstick pop.
NUMBER 3:
THE DENIM SHIRT
Guys true
story. This outfit is the exact same outfit I wore to school this same day I
came up with this post. After 30 minutes of not knowing what I should put on,
this is what I ended up with. I honestly thought I looked boring. But my friend
told me I look cute. I mean, I didn’t even try. ***Getting a big head.
NUMBER 4:
VARSITY SWEATER
If you
have understood my style by now, I love swag, I know I am no longer a teenager
but hey 20 ain’t far from 19. Besides, lil wayne is still doing it at 31. I am
versatile with my style only when I have to go to “The office” (When I had a
job), That is when I will actually look professional, other than that. This is
me all day, all week. Wassup!
NUMBER 5:
VARSITY JACKET
Have you
ever taken one those photos, you stare at and you are like “Lord Jesus I am
cute, is this me, like for real those are my legs, damn who threw some fabulous
dust at me… uh uh it’s not me… Oh my Gosh It’s me. Profile pic pap!” Yes in
other words. I love this style, I love this picture.
NUMBER 6:
OVERSIZED SWEATER
I feel so
full of swagger, I think it’s over-flowing. Am I praising myself too much. Guys
honestly this is me, I know I am not all that but if I don’t tell myself I am
the bomb, clearly there’s something wrong. You need to fall in love with
yourself before anyone falls in love with you. I find me beautiful, I find me
sexy, I’d hit on me, and I’d F*** me. Too much of T.M.I (too much information?
Anyway let’s move on.
NUMBER 7:
BOYFRIEND JACKET
This
outfit makes me want to put on my spects (I am shortsighted) , put on some
black heels, put my hair in a ponytail and go get an office job. Momma would be
so proud.
NUMBER 8:
INFINITY SCARF
Is it
called infinity scarf because it never ends?? …?? Mmmmh I don’t get it but
anyway, it hasn’t gone out of fashion ever since it came in so whoever came up
with that name. Kudos to you.
NUMBER 9:
CARDIGAN
I took
these photos as soon as I got home from school, I am the type of person, when I
get an idea, let’s do it, I am all work all business. And I pray that cute
fabulous denim washed out cardigan gets me my next job. I will style, sell,
design, blog my heart out. It’s a lucky Cardigan. Somebody employ me, I do
blog, a bit of design, styling, modeling, I have a degree in Human Resources,
currently studying Community development, I have my own online clothing
shop/line and I can do pretty much anything you think I can do. I love it when
people discover my talents for me. I didn’t know I could blog until my blog
went crazy with views, I didn’t know I could model until I got chosen to
compete in pageants, I didn’t know I could design, until I was told I can. I
want to grow again, so contact me.

10: TRENCH COAT
I
actually came up with 10 different styles. Yay. I thought I wouldn’t even get
to 7 but I overdid myself. 2 digits baby. I am happy and thank you all for
stopping by.
Hope you
have fun rocking these styles and hopefully you cheer up about the current
weather, so many people are complaining that it’s too cold, but let’s embrace
it.
