ELIMINATE MORNING PUFFY EYES

Hello to all my morning people. The hustlers. Trying to get your money and give up sleep. I applaud you. I am a morning person too, because my brain just knows, 6am I am up. I know some of you are thinking “That’s early man” yes it is but I can do it. But what I can’t do is get off the bed, that can take me up to 3 hours, and luckily I work mostly from 10 or later on. Depends on my schedule and what’s to do that week, day or month. Enough about money and hustle. Let’s talk about beauty sleep. Do you ever get puffy eyes in the morning? It can be really frustrating and stressing when you have a big day ahead of you. It’s one of those things that can mess up your whole morning.

Getting rid of that puffiness under your eye should not be a problem anymore. Not everyone needs to know that you don’t get enough sleep, or that you got too much. That’s personal. If you are  thinking, I don’t have time for this, oh you do. You don’t need a whole day, just do it while sipping on your tea.

WHAT YOU NEED.

- Green tea


You can find green tea, anywhere for around 200-300ksh! For that cheap, you got your own spa at home.

And no I don’t wake up with make up on. This is how I wake up or this is me without make up, I took these photos around 9-10am. So pretty much, this is me in morning.


STEP ONE: 

Make your tea, it’s hard enough waking up in the morning, why not treat yourself to a nice cup of green tea, and again you may not get a chance to have any breakfast, at least sip on something healthy.



STEP TWO:

 Put your tea bags in the freezer for about 5 minutes, while you are sipping on your tea.




STEP THREE:

 Take the tea bags out of the freezer and squeeze any excess water, and place it on your eyes. You can do this while drinking your tea still, place on one eye hold it, and then switch. Once you are done do whatever else you have to do it and you are not looking sleepy anymore. I rubbed the bags on my face. Why? I don’t know, hey it’s morning right? Why not clean my face with some natural healthy leaves?
